Hi Misdiagnosed-

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your mom from cancer misdiagnosed as acid reflux. THAT is really scoary to me because I hve acid reflux........I get this horrible awful tasting burning that goes into my chest and throat.......the owrst part is I don't have health insuracne and so, cannot go to the MD to have tests, but hopefully soon I will get a job or something turns up as I hang on to faith about and I gett that and can go get it checked.

Do know that thru your mom you can rest assured a life will be saved because there will be someone who will read your site and have smilar symptoms as others and learn they too are misdiagnosed. Today's medicince can be a great provider, but sometimes it works against everything.........and your mom is a case of that............

Thanks for stopping by, but my heart and prayers go out to you because I am losinig my mom MOnday (to be removed from th event) because of severe lung problems due to severe scoliosis that she has had since she was 16 yrs old...........she turned 85 Nov 13th08 and I will misss her terribly every day...................but I have the lvoe she gave me deep in my heart and soul, and I have the lessons she has taught me.........deep in my heart and soul
