Cyn, Scrooge, Em, Idt, Brevis, Meg & Rho, and forgive this old farts memory about all the names I have forgotten. I hope you and your family's are well. As you all kind of figured out have not been around much since last surgery. Partly because I can't sit for very long. Partly cause I have been bummed out by the results, its been almost five month with no marked improvement. I have even back slid some, am worse off than before the surgery. There have been some times I have had some dark thoughts, plus my computer has been giving me fits. I lost all my chat info ,and quite a big chunk of my e-mail addy's. My DSL took a dump and I am back on dial up so with it being slow and me not being able to sit more than 5-10 minutes at a time. Well you figure out the rest. Just wanted to say high to all my old friends and wish them the best in this new year... will try and drop by a little more often to say hi. Take good care of yourselves and your family's and "KEEP THE FAITH"... I have been having trouble following my own advice lately...Bye for now... Bub

I'm so sorry to hear that the surgery wasn't what we had hoped for. You know you have a multitude of friends that are here for you whenever need an ear &/or a shoulder. We may not know exactly what you are going through (you do have a friend that understands exactly as they have been through the same surgery with the same results) but we do understand the wraths of living with pain every minute of every day. It's no easy task and we have all pondered on the darkest thoughts a time or two ourselves (at least I know I have, and still do from time to time). However, you would be missed more then you could ever even begin to imagine. Hang in there my friend and KTF!!! I'm here whenever you need someone to talk to, even if its just about the nasty weather or anything else.

OCPM Legend Posts: 1614 (02/11/08 14:20:10) OCPM Founding Member Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	Hey Bub- I AM SO sorry that your surgery hasn't worked as well because having had knee surgery last March 07 thinking it would really fix the kneee and pain, well I know what that is like cause my knee constantly slips off and when it does, I still screech.......so I guess one day I'll be having a knee replacement but I hope that's way in the future still, though not likely. AND things like that can get ya down, making you feel worse than before surgery. Besides, surgery is hard enough much less add insult to injury.........so just know that we thought of ya, and we DO understand. Sometimes you need time away and alone. I know how I get, but I also know that if I am SO down in the pit that life is looking black, then I better do something to turn that around......................bo oh boy........... But, the most important thing you need to do is just ocntinue to rest and heal and still havehope one day it will get better and the pain will resolve. I hope that for us all..................... Nice to see you back. Hag in there Bub!
